How Ezra Works: Book Trusted Home Services Across Israel in Minutes

A straightforward 4-step process that puts you in control. Post a task, get matched, review, and book.

Finding help for your home in Israel has always involved too many steps, too much uncertainty, and too much wasted time. Ezra was built to change that with a straightforward process that puts you in control from the start.

Step 1: Post Your Task — Go to Ezrainisrael.com and describe what you need. It could be anything from a leaking tap and a broken light fixture to a full apartment deep clean or a furniture assembly job. Add photos if you have them, specify when you need it done, and give as much detail as you can. The clearer your task, the better your match.

Step 2: Get Matched with Vetted Professionals — Ezra connects your task to local professionals who are qualified for the job and available when you need them. Every professional on the platform has been reviewed for quality and reliability before they can accept work. You're not hiring a random person from a group chat — you're choosing from a trusted network.

Step 3: Review, Choose, and Book — You'll receive responses from professionals who want the job. Browse their profiles, check their ratings, read reviews from past customers, and choose the one that's right for you. Booking is simple and the pricing is transparent — no surprises when the job is done.

Step 4: Get It Done and Leave a Review — Your professional arrives, completes the work, and you leave a review that helps the next person make a confident choice. Every completed job builds the reliability of the whole platform.

Who Is Ezra Built For? Ezra is for anyone in Israel who regularly needs help around the home. Homeowners who want a reliable source for maintenance and repairs. Renters who don't have the connections to find trustworthy help quickly. Landlords managing multiple properties who need a dependable professional network.
